Spooky Season – New Collection on Spoonflower

Hello Pumpkin! Halloween is just around the corner, and it’s time to embrace the spooky spirit of the season! I am super happy to tell you that my rather playful, slightly retro inspired ‘Spooky Season’ fabric collection, is available on Spoonflower.

This collection, as well as other collections, is available for licensing. Check out my portfolio page here.

Introducing ‘Spooky Season’ Fabric Collection:

My ‘Spooky Season’ fabric collection draws inspiration from the playful and ‘spooky but not overly spooky’ spirit of Halloween. It’s a celebration of adorable ghosts, mischievous pumpkins, and sweet treats. I’ve also included a few simpler co-ordinating prints including my favourite ‘doorstep’ pattern (on the far left of the image below) – actually inspired by the tiled doorsteps around where I live in the UK.

Pattern names from left to right: Doorstep, Ghost Stories, Wibble Wobble, Treats not Tricks, Spooky Pumpkins, Night Vision

Halloween Craft Ideas:

What would you make with this fabric? I have a few ideas to get you started:

Spooky Bunting: Create charming Halloween bunting to adorn your home or party using a combination of all the patterns.

Kids’ Sweets and Treats Bags: Craft adorable goody bags for trick-or-treaters or party bags with the “Spooky Pumpkins” and ‘Wibble Wobble’ fabric.

Festive Table Runners and Napkins: Elevate your Halloween dinner table with a ‘Spooky Season’ table runner crafted from the “Treats not Tricks” and “Ghost Stories” fabric (Spoonflower sell these exact products if you’d rather buy them pre-made).

Halloween-Themed Cushion Covers: Transform your living space with Halloween-themed cushion covers using the “Wibble Wobble” and ‘Doorstep’ fabric.

Behind the Scenes:

Okay this is a very stripped down version of a ‘behind the scenes’ and the pictures don’t capture that the whole collection took about a month. But here are a few behind the scenes images.

How to Order ‘Spooky Season’ Fabrics:

I’ve combined all the patterns, each in three different scales (small, medium, and large), into a single collection page here: Spooky Season Collection on Spoonflower. Simply select your favourite designs, choose the fabric type that suits your project, and follow the ordering instructions on Spoonflower.

TIP: You could opt for ‘small scale’ prints for smaller projects to showcase more of the design, or for a more ‘zoomed in’ look, consider using the large-scale print on smaller-sized projects (think about how the large scale pumpkins might look on bunting).
