Welcome to the Life’s Peachey website. By using this site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them before purchasing or downloading anything.

1. About This Website

This website is operated by Life’s Peachey (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Our site provides digital products (such as wallpapers and downloads), art, and creative resources.

2. Digital Products

Instant downloads

All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via WooCommerce.
You’ll receive:

  • A download link on the order confirmation page
  • An email containing your files

If you don’t receive your files, email me (Lauren) at lifes.peachey@icloud.com and I’ll resend them.

File formats

Files are provided exactly as listed on the product page (e.g. JPG, PNG, PDF). Sometimes a PDF with a download link.
It’s your responsibility to make sure your device/software can open them.

Licence

Digital products are for personal use only unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.
You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files
  • Upload or sell them on POD sites
  • Use them for commercial projects without written permission (backgrounds for your small business insta stories etc. is fine!)

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are processed securely through our checkout (via WooCommerce + Stripe/PayPal, depending on what you use).

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Refunds

Digital downloads

Because digital products can’t be “returned,” all digital purchases are non-refundable.
If your file is corrupted or there’s a tech issue, we’ll replace it.

5. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Keep your login details private
  • Be responsible for any activity under your account

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Website Content

All artwork, illustrations, text, branding, downloads, and graphics on this site are owned by Life’s Peachey.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

7. Errors & Changes

Occasionally there may be typos, pricing errors, or product description mistakes. We can correct or update these at any time.

We may also update the site, products, or these Terms without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for:

  • Device issues on your end
  • Loss of data due to your own storage/backup problems
  • Website downtime
  • Third-party service issues (e.g. hosting, payment processors)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Third-Party Services

We rely on providers such as:

  • IONOS (hosting)
  • WordPress/WooCommerce (site + checkout)
  • Flodesk (email)
  • Zapier (checkout → email automation)

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
